Rotary brings together a global network of volunteer leaders committed to services. Rotarians dedicate time and talent to address humanitarian needs both near and far. Rotary connects 1.2 million members from more than 200 countries and geographical areas.
Service Above Self
Terrell Rotary Club began as a small group of like-minded individuals who wanted to make a positive impact in their community. Since then, we have grown to include men and women in our community from various professions and walks of life seeking to connect and make a positive impact.
Our Activities
In addition to our weekly Thursday luncheons to hear speakers share from our community, the Terrell Rotary Club leads the Flag Program where flags are displayed in yards during select holidays, hosts the Annual Chili Supper to help support the Kaufman County Children‘s Shelter, and schedules other service events to support local nonprofits. We offer a variety of activities and events for our members, including volunteer opportunities, social gatherings, and educational workshops. Our goal is to provide something for everyone and create a sense of belonging for all.

Help Our Cause
Rotarians worldwide are united in a campaign to eradicate polio. In the 1980s, Rotarians raised US$240 million to immunize the children of the world. By 2005, the target date for the certification of a polio-free world, the PolioPlus program contributed US$500 million to this cause including national immunization days
